Browser tools

The free CSV inspector, repairs, exports, and template mapper process files in your browser. They do not upload your catalog to Golanto. Closing or refreshing the page clears the working file. Downloaded copies remain on your device.

Accounts and saved work

When accounts are enabled, Supabase stores your account email, session details, explicitly saved mapping metadata, and minimal job history in US East (Northern Virginia). Do not include personal customer information in product files or mapping names. Billing and access records are separate from catalog contents.

Optional AI

AI features require explicit consent before sending a bounded excerpt or screenshot to OpenAI. Only include the affected data needed to explain the error. Provider processing is subject to the provider’s terms; Golanto cannot promise browser-only processing for an AI request. AI output always requires review.

Retention and deletion

Server artifacts and proposals, when enabled, expire after 24 hours and are removed by a scheduled cleanup. Minimal account job metadata follows the disclosed plan period. Saved mappings remain until you delete them. Billing evidence may need longer retention for accounting and dispute handling. No customer files are used in public examples or build artifacts.

Analytics and infrastructure

No third-party analytics service is enabled. The app defines content-free interaction events for future funnel measurement. Hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses and operational request logs. File contents, passwords, and payment details must never be included in analytics events.

Vercel hosts the site. Supabase provides accounts and private storage. Resend delivers account emails. Support messages sent to support@golanto.com pass through ImprovMX to the operator’s Gmail inbox. Creem processes payments when checkout opens; card details are entered on its hosted checkout. OpenAI receives only the excerpts or screenshots you consent to send when AI is enabled.

Controls and questions

You can use the browser tools without an account. Account deletion removes saved mappings, jobs, and private artifacts; required billing records may be retained separately. For support and privacy requests, email support@golanto.com. Legal operator details and paid consumer terms will be finalized before paid access opens.
