Which Excel registers a new Gmarket Korea product?

It is the basic Excel you download in ESM Plus after you choose one type: 일반상품 or 스마일배송. The seller guide says the two workbooks differ, so you save and upload them separately. One file cannot contain both types. The guide’s limit is 500 products in one Excel, for either type. The seller-help answer states the same 500-product limit. The guide also says the file list on the left holds at most 100 uploads, and a newer upload past that drops the oldest file. The help answer states that 100-file limit as well. The help page’s business address is in Seoul.

Product rows start at row 8. Rows 1 through 7 are the field names, the guide, and the examples, and the seller guide says not to delete them. Anything the guide page itself does not explain is in row 6 of the downloaded file, the per-field registration note. This page does not copy row 6, because that note is inside the file you download. Some categories cannot be bulk registered. The guide’s examples are e-coupon, rental, travel, and books. The FAQ list is travel and tickets, e-coupon, books, and rental. Only a row whose status reads 성공 is saved. 실패 and 등록중 are not registered products.

What does the ESM Plus guide say you enter?

The guide says this menu only registers products. Changes to a product that already exists are made under 상품등록/변경, then 상품관리 2.0, after you read the Gmarket or Auction product number from the success list. Category attributes that the bulk file left empty, including 안전인증정보 and 상품고시정보, have to be filled on that edit page. Bulk certification accepts only the four types shared by Gmarket and Auction: 어린이제품, 생활용품, 전기용품, and 생활화학/살생물제품. A certification that is split between Gmarket and Auction is entered later, one product at a time.

For shipping, the guide marks these as required: 배송방법, 출하지 코드, 배송비 템플릿코드, 반품/교환 주소 코드, the Auction dispatch-policy code when the row includes Auction, the Gmarket dispatch-policy code when the row includes Gmarket, 택배사 코드, and the return and exchange fee. 배송방법 on a bulk file is only 일반택배 or 직접배송. The codes are numbers, copied from the 배송정보 lookup on the bulk screen. When one row registers Gmarket and Auction together, the guide says the dispatch policy has to be the same policy. An order option is optional. The type is 미사용, 선택형, or 조합형, and a blank type becomes 미사용. A single option is 선택형. A two-part option is 조합형. More than two combined option types are not accepted, and text or calculated options are not available in bulk. Option status is 정상 or 품절. Display is 노출 or 미노출. Several option values go on separate lines, with Alt+Enter. For Gmarket alone, a 선택형 value is the option value, the status, the display, then the Gmarket stock. When Auction and Gmarket are both on the row, stock is entered Auction first and Gmarket second. An ESM product-identification code is digits only. The guide says that code fills the ESM category, attributes, and brand, and that a product with that code cannot also have order options. A SKU entry is a 6-digit SKU number, then the ship-out quantity. Up to five SKUs are allowed, each on its own line. The guide says the SKU already carries stock, so you do not also type a stock quantity for it. Detail images on a bulk file are HTML, because the ESM editor is not available there. The guide says a script or iframe tag can fail the registration or delete the product. The exact image markup is in the Excel form.

How do you upload the ESM Plus Excel?

1. In ESM Plus, choose 일반상품 or 스마일배송 and download that type’s basic Excel. Keep rows 1 through 7. If you need to resize columns, the guide says 검토, then 시트 보호 해제. It says there is no password, and that sheet protection does not decide whether the upload works.
2. Look up 카테고리, 배송정보, 상품고시정보, and 원산지 from the buttons on the bulk screen, and paste those codes into the Excel. Copy the shipping codes from the 배송정보 popup.
3. In Golanto, choose Gmarket Korea. Record Korea, ESM Plus 2.0, the delivery type, and the download date. Map your columns onto the headers in that download. Leave row 6’s notes in the file.
4. Type new products from row 8. Stay at or under 500 products. Use a second file for the other delivery type, and another file for a category the guide says cannot be bulk registered.
5. Save the workbook, click 업로드 파일선택, then 일괄등록요청. If the list stays on 요청중 after a large upload, click 재조회. The guide says the left 재조회 refreshes the file list and the right 재조회 refreshes the products in the file you selected. Read a 실패 reason on that product list and upload the corrected rows again. One reason the FAQ quotes is 응답시간 초과로 등록 실패하였습니다. 잠시 후 다시 시도해주세요. The 삭제 button removes the upload history. The guide says that does not delete the products that already succeeded, and the history cannot be restored.

Worked example

A supplier row still has to land on row 8 of the downloaded workbook

These headings are a supplier sketch. The ESM Plus guide says rows 1 through 7 of the downloaded Excel stay in place, and products start at row 8. It does not name sku, title, color, or qty as those headers. Sand, 정상, 노출, 8 follows the guide’s order for a Gmarket-only 선택형 option: option value, status, display, then Gmarket stock. It is one cell’s contents in that order, not a new header row. A Smile Delivery product belongs in the other workbook.
