Edit existing Qoo10 Japan products in bulk
Qoo10 Japan’s bulk-edit guide changes products that already exist, from a file you download for those products. A full edit uses the product-information download. A price or stock edit uses the price-and-stock download. The blank registration form is the wrong file.
Which download edits products that are already on Qoo10 Japan?
Look the products up under 商品管理, then 商品の照会/修正. The edit PDF, marked Update 2021-10, says to check the products you want, or to leave them unchecked when you want every product in the current search. Then choose 商品情報ダウンロード for the whole product record, or 価格/在庫ダウンロード for price or stock only. The finished Excel file appears under データダウンロード履歴. Click the file name to download it.
When the download is the whole search result, the PDF says the files are created 5,000 products at a time. The QSM guide page dates the bulk-edit steps 2021.07.27 and lists them as download, edit to the form, upload, and check the result. It does not name the columns.
What can you change on the price-and-stock file?
Keep everything through row 4. The PDF says that if those rows are deleted, the upload cannot be done. For a product’s price or stock, enter g in 区分 and change the numbers. For an option’s price or stock, enter i in 区分 and change the numbers. An option price or stock edit also requires the seller option code. If that code is not set, the PDF says to edit the option in 商品の照会/修正 first.
The PDF does not print the header row of either download. A product-information edit follows the form you downloaded. This page does not invent that header row, and it does not document the older form the PDF mentions for an FTP update.
How do you upload the edit without using the registration form?
- Download 商品情報ダウンロード or 価格/在庫ダウンロード for the products you mean to change. Record which of the two files it is, and the date.
- In Golanto, choose Qoo10. Record Japan, which download this is, and the date. Do not map the values onto a blank registration form.
- On a price-and-stock file, enter g for a product price or stock change and i for an option price or stock change. Leave the first four rows as Qoo10 generated them. Include the seller option code when the row is an option.
- Upload under 商品管理, then 商品の一括登録/修正. Choose 既存の商品/オプション修正, then 商品情報の修正 or 価格/在庫のみ修正, matching the file you downloaded. Attach it and click 一括修正ファイルのアップロード.
- Open 一括登録アップロード履歴, choose the type and the period, and double-click the row. The PDF says the detail is under アップロード詳細.
Worked example
A supplier price is not a reason to reuse the blank registration form

Leave the first four rows in place. The blank registration form, including its empty item_number column, is for products that are not on Qoo10 yet.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not log in to J・QSM or upload the edit. This page uses the Qoo10 Japan bulk-edit PDF marked Update 2021-10 and the QSM guide page dated 2021.07.27, reviewed on 1 November 2026. It does not name the header row of either download, and it does not state a file-size cap. The 5,000-product split is what the PDF says about files created from a full search result. Do not treat these steps as the instructions on another Qoo10 country site. The PDF also points at an older download for an FTP update. This page does not document that older form. The registration form for new products is a different file.

Common questions
Can I edit existing Qoo10 Japan products with the blank registration form?
No. The edit PDF starts from 商品の照会/修正 and a download of the products you are changing. Upload that file as 既存の商品/オプション修正. The blank form is for a new registration.
What do g and i mean on a Qoo10 price-and-stock file?
The edit PDF says to enter g in 区分 when you are changing a product’s price or stock, and i when you are changing an option’s price or stock. An option change also requires the seller option code. Leave the first four rows in place, or the PDF says the upload cannot be done.
