Prepare the Miravia feed file Seller Center gives you now
Miravia’s Open Platform article, updated 5 October 2023, says automatic feeds do two jobs: list or update the catalog, and update price or stock. You download the newest template from Seller Center, under Products, then Automatic Feeds, and the article also posts filenames beside the instructions. Creating, adding a SKU, and updating depend on ParentSku and SellerSku. The article says the price is in local currency. It does not name the country or the shop domain.
Which Miravia file creates the product?
The listing template is the file that stores SKU information. The article says Miravia creates or updates products from what you put in it. In the naming section the product file is ProductListingUpdate_basic_sellerfilename. The result file for sFTP is ProcessResult_ProductListingUpdate_basic_sellerfilename. The same section names the price and stock file UpdatePriceAndStocl_sellerfilename, and its result ProcessResult_UpdatePriceAndStocl_sellerfilename. Later, the downloadable names are ProductListingUpdate_basic_sellerfilename.xlsx and .csv, and UpdatePriceAndStock_sellerfilename.xlsx and .csv. This page leaves both spellings as they are printed. The file you upload is the one you just downloaded from Seller Center.
The business-logic section says a new product with several SKUs uses one ParentSku and consecutive SellerSku rows. Its example ParentSku is TestProduct01, and its SellerSku examples are TestProduct01-a, TestProduct01-b, TestProduct01-c, and TestProduct01-d. A new SKU on an existing product uses a SellerSku that is not already in the store and the existing ParentSku. Its added-SKU example is TestProduct01-e. An update fills SellerSku and leaves ParentSku empty. Its update example is TestProduct01-a. More than one SKU requires a variant attribute, and the options for one product cannot repeat. The field table writes the same ideas as Seller SKU and Parent SKU. Category must be a leaf category. Some categories need Miravia’s approval first.
Which columns does that article actually name?
The listing field table marks Category, Product name, Product images 1, Brand, Package Weight, Price, Package Length, Package width, Package height, Stock, Delivery by seller, Seller SKU, and Parent SKU as mandatory. Price includes taxes, accepts a positive value, and allows two decimal places. The article’s rejected example is 9.999. Product name recommends up to 48 characters and allows a maximum of 255. Product images 1 asks for an https URL, JPG, PNG, or WEBP, between 330 and 5000 pixels, under 5 MB, on a white background, at a 1:1 ratio. A product can have at most 8 images, and images of the same SPU cannot repeat. The article’s external URL example is https://cdn.mimaos.com/documents/images/products/395640-1.jpg. Ean Code is conditional. The table says it is numeric and less than 13 digits, unique in the store, and optional for some fashion categories such as dresses and shirts. If you do enter one, it still has to be a real code.
The same table continues through variation, delivery, and numbered attribute columns. After Attribute Value 8, the next row is labeled Attribute Value 9 and its explanation matches the name rows, then Attribute Name 9 with a value-row explanation. The next pair is labeled Attribute Value 10 and Attribute Name 10, again with the explanations swapped. Type from the headers in the downloaded file. The price and stock table is a different file. Its column names are SellerSku, Price, Special price, Status, Default Stock Quantity, then Multiwarehouse Code and stock columns numbered 1 through 5. Status accepts delete, active, inactive, or an empty cell. Any other Status value produces the sentence “The value of Status is not valid”. Default Stock Quantity applies to the warehouse code dropshipping when you do not use multi-warehouses. Empty means no update. Other values produce “The value of Sellable Quantity is not valid”. One row covers up to five warehouses. A further warehouse needs another row with the same SellerSku. The article says a blank on this file means no change, which is a different blank-cell rule from a listing update.
How do you map a supplier file onto the Miravia template you downloaded?
- In Miravia Seller Center, download the current product listing template and, if you need it, the current price and stock template. The Open Platform article tells you to do that before upload. The filenames printed on the article are labels, not a substitute for that download.
- In Golanto, choose Miravia. Record the Seller Center account and the date of the download. The mapper still opens on Amazon until you change the platform.
- Map your values onto the headers in the downloaded listing file. Use one ParentSku for a new multi-SKU product and keep those SellerSku rows consecutive. For an update of an existing SKU, fill SellerSku and leave ParentSku empty, which is the rule in the business-logic section.
- Keep Price to two decimal places. The article says the price is in local currency and includes taxes. It does not name the currency. Put package weight in kilograms and package dimensions in centimetres, as the field table states.
- Update price or stock on the second template. Use Status only as delete, active, inactive, or empty. Use Default Stock Quantity for the dropshipping warehouse, or the numbered warehouse columns after those warehouses exist under My Account, then Setting, then Warehouse.
Worked example
A supplier row is not the Miravia listing template
sku,title,price,qty
LAMP-9,Desk lamp,42.00,6These headings are a synthetic supplier sketch. The Open Platform article’s own new-product example is ParentSku TestProduct01 with SellerSku values TestProduct01-a through TestProduct01-d. Its price example of a rejected value is 9.999. The listing table and the price table are different files. Two labels in the listing table are swapped, so the header on the file you downloaded is the one to type.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not open Miravia Seller Center, download the template, or submit an sFTP or HTTPS feed. This page uses one Open Platform article, https://developer.alibaba.com/docs/doc.htm?articleId=121449&docType=1&treeId=767, retrieved on 2 November 2026. The article shows an update time of 5 October 2023. It spells the price-file name UpdatePriceAndStocl_sellerfilename in the naming section and UpdatePriceAndStock_sellerfilename on the later downloads. It says to download the latest template from Seller Center and also says copies are provided on the page. This page does not decide which copy Seller Center will accept tomorrow. The article does not name a country, a shop domain, or a currency. Local currency means the currency of the Seller Center account you are in. The EAN note says less than 13 digits. That is the sentence on the page. The listing table’s Attribute Name 9 and Attribute Value 9 labels are printed on each other’s rows, so they are not retyped here as a clean schema. Hazmat’s allowed values on the page are battery, magnet, liquid, and flammable materials, with a default of None. Delivery by seller accepts Yes or No.

Common questions
Does one Miravia file both create products and update stock?
The Open Platform article describes two templates. The product listing template creates products, adds a SKU, or updates product information, using ParentSku and SellerSku. The price and stock template updates an existing SellerSku. Its Status cell accepts delete, active, inactive, or empty. Download each template from Seller Center before you upload it.
Which Miravia country is this file for?
The retrieved article does not name a country or a shop domain. It says to enter the price in local currency, including taxes, with two decimal places. Use the template from the Seller Center account you are listing in. A file saved from another account is not the template this article tells you to fill.
