List several noon categories from one NIS
The noon All Categories article is the download for products in more than one category. In Seller Lab you choose Create Multiple Products, then All Categories, and you fill that NIS before noon offers a per-category export.
What is the All Categories file?
Start from Catalog, then My Catalog, then Add Products, then Create Multiple Products, and select All Categories. Choose the English-only template or the English and Arabic template. The article recommends English and Arabic so the products are visible on the Arabic version of the site. The with instruction option downloads a sheet that explains how to add the product description. The file has an instructions tab and a Classification Directory tab for the category tree. An English template is filled only in English. An English and Arabic template is filled in both languages, in the columns for each language. The article says the template requires the information needed for content approval, and it also asks you to fill all fields of the NIS.
Which fields does that article define?
Partner SKU Unique is the unique code for each product. The article says the manufacturer can provide it, or the seller can create it, and that it is attached to the product information on Seller Lab. Brand is the product brand. If the brand is not in the system, the article says you can submit a new brand request. Product title is the title. Long description explains the characteristics and the use of the product. Feature bullet is the concise bullet points on the product display page. Item Condition is a drop-down with one option, New, and the article says you can only list products that are new and sealed. What's in the box describes the contents of the packaging. Image URLs are direct links to pictures. The minimum is one picture. Pictures have to be JPEG, and the link has to end with JPEG. The article says a link can come from an image-URL generator or from Google Drive shared with anyone who has the link.
On the NIS, the category is Family, Product Type, and Product Subtype. The article does not list the Classification Directory values, so those choices come from the file you downloaded. It also does not print a parent-only column layout. It does say a size variant starts with a Parent SKU, that child SKUs share a Parent Group Key, that the parent does not need a size variation, and that content is pulled from the parent except for the Size Variation.

Travel mug,NewHow do you map a catalog and then enhance it?
- Download the All Categories template in the language you will use. Record the download date. This is not the template you get by choosing one category, product type, and subtype.
- In Golanto, choose noon. Record that the file is the All Categories NIS, the language, and the date.
- Map your title, long description, feature bullets, and image links onto the fields this article names. Set Item Condition to New only when the product is new and sealed. The drop-down has no other option.
- Include at least one image link, and make that link end with JPEG. Choose Family, Product Type, and Product Subtype from the Classification Directory.
- Save as CSV, TSV, or XLS. In Seller Lab, use Next in the import to upload the file.
- After processing, download the Content Export from Catalog, Imports, Content. The article says that export is a zip of pre-filled Excel sheets for each category. Add further detail on those sheets. Do not invent columns on the All Categories file for a category the export is meant to carry.
Worked example
A supplier condition word is not noon’s Item Condition list
sku,title,condition
MUG-04,Travel mug, sealedThese headings are a supplier sketch. The All Categories article says Item Condition has one option, New, and that you can only list products that are new and sealed. Type New. Do not type sealed into that drop-down. The category is Family, Product Type, and Product Subtype on the sheet you downloaded.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not choose Family, Product Type, or Product Subtype, and it does not upload the file. This page uses the noon Seller Help Center article How to list products belonging to multiple categories in bulk, reviewed on 1 November 2026. The article does not name a country, so it is not evidence that this file is accepted on every noon market. It does not state a row limit or a file-size cap, and it does not list the Classification Directory. It describes size variants without the parent-row column layout, which is stated on the category NIS article instead. The Content Export is a later zip. Golanto cannot see those sheets until you download them.

Common questions
Is the All Categories sheet the same file as the single-category noon NIS?
No. All Categories is the option for products in more than one category. It includes a Classification Directory tab. After the upload, the article says to download a Content Export zip of per-category sheets.
Can I list a used product on the All Categories NIS?
No. The article says Item Condition has only one option, New, and that you can only list products that are new and sealed.
