Fill a noon category NIS for bulk listing
The noon Seller SKU bulk creation article says you list many products by filling the New Item Set-up Sheet you download after choosing a category, product type, and subtype in Seller Lab. A file for several categories at once is a different download.
Which noon sheet is for one category?
Download it from Catalog, then My Catalog, then Add Products, then Create Multiple Products. Choose the category, product type, and subtype, then download the bulk content upload template in English or in English and Arabic. The With Instructions option adds a sheet of field instructions. The NIS Excel file also has an instruction tab. An English template is filled in English only. An English and Arabic template has fields marked EN and AR, and the article says filling both languages increases product visibility. After you upload, the article says the file is reviewed and published on noon within three business days.
Which fields and colors does that article name?
The article gives these color meanings. Red marks mandatory fields required for the product to go live. Green marks important fields for product identification and discovery. Plain marks optional fields that improve product information. Gray marks fields not required for the selected category. The key fields it names are Partner SKU Unique, the identifier used across reporting and invoicing; Brand, chosen from existing brands or requested as a new brand; Product Title, the name customers search for; and GTIN, which it describes as the Global Trade Identification Number for inventory tracking and as the partner barcode. Recommended fields it names are Attribute Key and Value, for a detail the other fields do not cover, and Feature/Bullets. Its example of an attribute is RAM = 16GB for laptops. That example is not a field to copy onto a different product.
One NIS can include up to 10,000 partner SKUs. More than that needs another NIS. These names are fields the article states. They are not a copy of the header row in the file you download.

MUG-04,Travel mug,09501234567891How do you map a supplier file onto that NIS?
- Download the template for the category, product type, and subtype you will list. Record whether it is English or English and Arabic, and record the download date.
- In Golanto, choose noon. Record the market, that this file is the category NIS rather than the All Categories file, the language, and the date.
- Map your identifier onto Partner SKU Unique, your title onto Product Title, and your barcode onto GTIN. Choose Brand from a brand the article says already exists, or leave it for a brand request. Do not type the laptop attribute example into a different product.
- For images, paste direct URLs that end with .JPEG, or links from a Google Drive folder shared as Anyone with the Link. The article says to copy those links in CSV form and separate them with commas, and that each image has to be JPEG.
- For a size variant, put Family, Product Type, Product Subtype, Sizing Standards, Brand, and the image URLs only on the parent row. Put Partner SKU Unique and Size Variation only on the child rows. Put Parent Group Key and Parent Child Variation on the parent and the child rows. The parent does not need a size variation. The article says the other content is pulled from the parent, except Size Variation, and that the noon size is chosen from the next dropdown as a best approximation of the international sizing standard.
- Save the file as CSV, TSV, or XLS. Upload it from Catalog, then Imports, and confirm. It appears under Catalog, Imports, Content. If an error report is generated, read the rightmost columns, correct those rows, and upload the file again.
Worked example
A supplier barcode is not yet a noon Partner SKU Unique
sku,name,barcode
MUG-04,Travel mug,09501234567891These headings are a supplier sketch. The bulk-creation article names Partner SKU Unique, Product Title, and GTIN among the key fields. Keep the barcode as text so a spreadsheet does not drop the leading zero. Shared content stays on the parent row. Each child row carries Partner SKU Unique and Size Variation. The article says variants on this sheet are only on the Size axis.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not log in to Seller Lab, submit a brand request, or host images. This page uses the noon Seller Help Center article Seller SKU bulk creation, reviewed on 1 November 2026. That article does not name a country, so these steps are not a claim that the same sheet works on every noon market. It does not list every column. Red, green, plain, and gray are the color meanings that article states, not colors measured from a downloaded file. It does not quote the text in the rightmost columns of an error report. The status descriptions it gives are Import processes, Report generated, and Mapping Done/Error/Pending. Mapping Done/Error/Pending is how the article describes whether a unique Seller SKU was assigned. The All Categories template is a different download. Color or another variant axis is outside this article’s Size axis, and the article points that case to Groupings without documenting it here.

Common questions
Can one noon NIS hold more than 10,000 partner SKUs?
No. The bulk-creation article says sellers can upload up to 10,000 partner SKUs at a time. If there are more, create another NIS.
Can I add a color variant on this noon sheet?
The bulk-creation article says variants can currently be created only on the Size axis. It points to a Groupings article for color or another axis. This page does not document that article.
