List Allegro offers from your own CSV

Allegro’s English Import and List article lists offers from your own product file on a business account. Allegro searches its Catalog for matches, and you can list offers or create drafts. The basic CSV requires GTIN. The article says UTF-8 is necessary for Polish characters, and the price currency is the currency of your registration marketplace. It does not say this file is a separate template for every Allegro country site.

Which Allegro file lists offers from your own CSV?

It is the CSV you upload in the Import and List tab, or a link to that file. The article says this option is only available on business accounts. Save the file as CSV, in UTF-8, with a comma between fields, and keep it at or under 50 MB. If a field contains a comma or a newline, enclose that field in double quotes. If the field itself contains a quotation mark, double that quotation mark.

The same page distinguishes Import and List from List from file. Import and List takes your own link or file, can create drafts to review before listing, and shows an overview of issues. The page describes List from file as the Allegro standard template, with the error report in a return file. This page does not document that template’s columns.

Which columns does the basic Allegro CSV require?

GTIN is the mandatory column on the basic file. NAME, PRICE, STOCK, and EXTERNAL_ID are optional. Column names go in the first row. The article’s sample uses GTIN, NAME, PRICE, STOCK, and EXTERNAL_ID. PRICE is a gross price written as a number, such as 129.99, with no currency symbol or abbreviation. STOCK is the number available. Enter 0 when the product is unavailable. A blank STOCK is set to 1. EXTERNAL_ID is the code you use in your own system.

The extended file uses the same size, encoding, and comma rules, and its column names have to match the article’s table. Extra columns the table does not list are treated as product parameters. NAME over 75 characters, under 12 characters, or with fewer than 3 words can be replaced by the official Allegro Catalog name. CATEGORY is the name or path you use, and the article says it is required to find a matching category. Its example is Clothes, men's hoodies. IMAGES holds URLs separated by a vertical bar. IMAGE1 through IMAGE16 are an alternative, and IMAGE1 is the main image. DESCRIPTION can be plain text or simple HTML with closed tags. AI_COCREATED lists URLs of photos generated or modified with artificial intelligence, separated by a vertical bar. The article says a seller who publishes such a photo must say so. Golanto does not generate those images or fill that column.

How do you map a supplier file and list the offers?

  1. Save a UTF-8 comma-separated CSV. For the basic format, put GTIN in the header and add NAME, PRICE, STOCK, or EXTERNAL_ID only when you have those values. Record that the account is a business account.
  2. In Golanto, choose Allegro. Record that the file is Import and List, not List from file, plus the marketplace you registered on and the date.
  3. Map your barcode onto GTIN and keep it as text. Map a price as a number with no currency symbol. Leave STOCK blank only when you want Allegro to set it to 1.
  4. If your headers do not match Allegro’s names, use column mapping in Import and List. The article says matching names are suggested, and other names you match yourself.
  5. Upload the file or add a link, then start import. A product in to list can be listed. to improve means the offer cannot be listed or drafted until the product information is corrected. to add means some information is missing. changes in progress means you wait. offer or draft offer exists means you continue in My Assortment. You can list the offers or create drafts. Drafts are not visible to buyers.

Worked example

A supplier barcode row is not yet an Allegro basic CSV

Inspect this record
sku,barcode,price,qty
MUG-04,09501234567891,18.00,12

These headings are a supplier sketch. The basic format in the English article uses GTIN, NAME, PRICE, STOCK, and EXTERNAL_ID, with GTIN required. A price is a number such as 18.00 with no currency symbol. Save as UTF-8 CSV with commas, at or under 50 MB. Quote a field that contains a comma. Column mapping is the path for headers that do not use those names. This is not the Allegro standard template used by List from file.

What this check cannot establish

Golanto does not log in to Allegro, search the Catalog, or list an offer. This page uses the English Import and List article reviewed on 1 November 2026. It says the tool is for business accounts, that UTF-8 is necessary for Polish characters, and that price currency follows the registration marketplace. It does not say a separate CSV exists for every Allegro country site, and it does not document the List from file template. Product statuses on the page are changes in progress, to list, to add, to improve, and offer or draft offer exists. The category-change table also names colours for those statuses: grey, green, yellow, red, and blue. Allegro says it may suggest categories and parameters with its own tools, including for GPSR manufacturer and safety data when it finds them for the category and brand. You can set GPSR in bulk from the product list by choosing a manufacturer or typing safety information as plain text. Golanto does not make those suggestions. Verify any value Allegro fills before you list.

Common questions

Which column is required on the basic Allegro Import and List CSV?

GTIN. NAME, PRICE, STOCK, and EXTERNAL_ID are optional on that basic format. Save the file as CSV, in UTF-8, with commas, at or under 50 MB.

Is Allegro Import and List the same tool as List from file?

No. This help page says Import and List takes your own link or file and can create drafts before listing. It describes List from file as the Allegro standard template, with the error report in a return file. This page does not document that template’s columns.
