Replace a bol.com offer with the v.2.3 Excel file
bol.com’s English Partnerplatform article for Manage offers via Excel downloads your current offer and, once you upload it, replaces that offer. Adding items without removing the ones already online is a different upload, Add items in bulk. The article does not say this workbook is the file for every bol country site.
Which bol.com Excel file replaces the live offer?
It is the file from Items, then Manage offers via Excel, then Download under Download offers. If you have no offers yet, the article says the document is empty and you can fill it as a template. The workbook has two tabs. You edit the offer on the tab named bol item import help v2.3. The Explanation tab describes the columns. Only version v.2.3 is accepted for this upload. The version number is in cell A2, so download a new file rather than reusing an older workbook.
Save it as .xlsx. The file has to contain at least one item, or the upload fails. If offers are already online, this file overwrites them. The article’s example is 100 items online and a file of 100 items: only the 100 in the file stay online. Leaving a row out removes that offer. Add items in bulk is the upload the same article says adds to the range instead of replacing it.
Which fields does the offer tab require?
The article says an item can be put up for sale with an EAN, a Condition, a Stock, a Price, Fulfilment by, and a Deliverycode. The EAN is the 13-digit EAN or ISBN. Condition is new unless you sell second-hand items, and second-hand is only possible for media items. Stock is the quantity you have, and bol updates it when an item sells. Price is the selling price. Fulfilment by is you, or bol through Shipping via bol. Deliverycode is the delivery time.
Optional fields on the same tab are Reference, for your own code; Offer description, only as an explanation of a second-hand item; For sale, which the article says leaves the item for sale when the cell is blank; and Title, which is saved for an item bol does not know yet. The article recommends Title when you think the item is new to bol. It does not say Title is one of the minimum fields. It also does not print the header spellings or say which row holds them. Read those labels on the downloaded tab. Cell A2 is the version, not a product row.
How do you map a supplier file without dropping the rest of the offer?
- Download the current offer from Manage offers via Excel. Check that cell A2 shows version v.2.3. If offers are already online, keep every offer you still want to sell in that workbook.
- In Golanto, choose bol.com. Record that the file is Manage offers via Excel v.2.3, not Add items in bulk, plus the download date.
- Map your columns onto EAN, Condition, Stock, Price, Fulfilment by, and Deliverycode on the bol item import help v2.3 tab. Leave the Explanation tab and cell A2 unchanged.
- Leave For sale blank only when you want the item for sale. The article says a blank For sale cell puts the item up for sale. Include a Title when you believe bol does not know the item yet.
- Upload the .xlsx under Upload your offer. The article says the status of the latest upload appears within half an hour, including rows processed, error messages, items created, and items modified. Download the feedback file for items that are not for sale.
Worked example
A supplier price row is not a complete bol.com offer
ean,price,stock
0950123456789,18.00,12These headings are a supplier sketch. The English article also requires Condition, Fulfilment by, and Deliverycode before an item can be put up for sale. Type them on the bol item import help v2.3 tab of the file you just downloaded. Keep the 13-digit EAN as text. If offers are already online, a file that contains only this mug replaces the rest of the offer.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not upload to bol.com or decide whether an item is allowed there. This page uses the English Partnerplatform article reviewed on 1 November 2026. It names the minimum fields and the tab bol item import help v2.3. It does not copy the Explanation tab’s full dictionary, and it does not list the conditions for Shipping via bol. These steps are the English article. Do not treat them as the instructions on a different bol locale page. Feedback examples stated on the page are ISBN/EAN is invalid, and You cannot sell items with this delivery code. Those two sentences are not a complete error list. Add items in bulk is a different upload, and this page does not document its file.

Common questions
Will bol.com delete offers that are missing from this Excel file?
Yes, when you use Manage offers via Excel. The article says the upload overwrites the existing range. If 100 items are online and you upload 100, only the 100 in that file stay online. Leave an offer out only when you mean to remove it.
Which Excel version does Manage offers via Excel accept?
Only v.2.3. The version number is in cell A2. Download the file from Manage offers via Excel and upload that workbook saved as .xlsx.
