Use the Home Depot QuoteCenter workbook the support article names
The Home Depot suppliers page answers its marketplace question directly: Home Depot does not offer a marketplace, and it does have other onboarding paths. The public product file that names itself is the QuoteCenter support article's workbook, QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx. That article says to fill the required fields. It does not list them.
Which Home Depot page names a product file?
On the suppliers page, merchandising suppliers provide products sold in store and online, and non-merchandising suppliers provide goods and services for Home Depot operations. The non-merchandising path says to download the Prospective Non-Merch Supplier Form and email it to potential_suppliers@homedepot.com. The page that loaded does not print that form's filename. The marketplace FAQ on the same page says Home Depot does not offer a marketplace and does have established onboarding paths. Existing merchandising suppliers use Supplier Hub. Installation providers use HDConnect. Neither of those paragraphs names a product spreadsheet.
The New Product Submission page says you may submit a total of 5 products with each submission. The page that loaded also shows a line that THD will respond within 2 business days. That page does not name a workbook, a template, or a column. It is a submission form, and it is a different path from the QuoteCenter attachment.
What does the QuoteCenter article say the workbook is?
The QuoteCenter Product Add Template article shows an updated date of May 03, 2021. It says that as of May 2021, hundreds of category-specific Product Add templates were consolidated into one template for all product types. The steps are to download the QuoteCenter Product Set Up template, fill out the required fields, and submit a support ticket in Supplier Hub. The attachment line on the article reads QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx and shows 80 KB. The article does not open the workbook on the page, and it does not name a header, a required-field label, or an error sentence.
The ticket steps say to click submit ticket, select QuoteCenter as the supplier type, fill the required fields on the ticket, attach the completed product add templates, and submit. A note says that more than 5 files should be attached as a zip. If the ticket is unavailable, the article gives qc_suppliersupport@homedepot.com and QuoteCenter_supplychain@homedepot.com, and it says the email should request a login for Supplier Hub. Those addresses are for access to the ticket. They are not a column in the workbook.
File the QuoteCenter article names:
QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx
Article date shown: May 03, 2021How do you map a supplier file onto that workbook?
- Read the suppliers page before you build a file. Home Depot says it does not offer a marketplace. The product workbook in this guide is the QuoteCenter attachment.
- Download QuoteCenter Product Set Up from the QuoteCenter article on the account that can open the attachment. In Golanto, choose Home Depot. Record QuoteCenter, the May 2021 note on the article, and the date you downloaded the workbook. The mapper still opens on Amazon until you change the platform.
- Map your values onto the headers in that workbook. The article says to fill the required fields and does not print their names. Leave a workbook column as it was downloaded when this page has no name for it.
- Submit the completed workbook as the article describes: a Supplier Hub ticket with supplier type QuoteCenter, and the file attached. More than five files go in one zip. The article's support addresses are the fallback when the ticket page is unavailable.
- Leave the New Product Submission form on its own page. That page caps a submission at 5 products and does not ask for QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx. Leave the Prospective Non-Merch Supplier Form on the non-merchandising path. The suppliers page does not give that form the QuoteCenter filename.
Worked example
A supplier row is not the Home Depot QuoteCenter workbook
sku,title,price
NAIL-40,Finish nails,14.00These headings are a synthetic supplier sketch. The QuoteCenter article names the download QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx and says to fill the required fields. It does not print sku, title, or price. The suppliers page says Home Depot does not offer a marketplace. The New Product Submission page allows 5 products per submission and does not name this workbook. Type on the headers in the file the article attaches.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not log in to Supplier Hub, open QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx, or decide which cells that workbook marks required. This page uses three Home Depot pages retrieved on 2 November 2026: the QuoteCenter Product Add Template article, the Suppliers and Providers page, and the New Product Submission form. The QuoteCenter article shows May 03, 2021, names QuoteCenter Product Set Up.xlsx, and shows 80 KB beside that attachment. It does not list columns or quote an error. The 80 KB label is the article's label for the attachment, and the file you download is the one to map. The suppliers page says Home Depot does not offer a marketplace. Its Prospective Non-Merch Supplier Form is a different download, and the page does not print that form's filename. The new-product form states a limit of 5 products per submission and names no spreadsheet. A QuoteCenter workbook is the product file this page can describe. It is not a third-party marketplace catalog for homedepot.com.
