Prepare a SHEIN US product listing

SHEIN’s US product-listing page says you can list one item or a thousand in Seller Hub, individually or in bulk, and that a listing needs a category, up to 11 images, a title, a description, a brand, a product number, category attributes, supply information, and a price. The same page does not name the bulk file’s columns.

What does the US page say a SHEIN listing includes?

Its quick-start list is labeled product listing must-haves. The items are a product category; product images, up to 11 per listing; a product title, description, brand, and product number; product videos, optional and one per listing; category attributes, with the examples fabric, fit type, length, and batteries included; supply information, described as inventory quantity, weight, length, width, height, and similar facts; and product pricing.

Those examples are the words on the page. They are not a column header row, and they are not a complete attribute list. The page does not say which cell holds the price or the product number.

Which listing paths does that page name?

The heading is “List your products with 3 easy options.” Seller Hub is described as listing items individually or in bulk. Its card links to sellerhub.shein.com with accept-language=US. Solution providers are described as integrating with your preferred platforms. API integration is described as connecting your e-commerce store with SHEIN Marketplace. The page description says to list products using Seller Hub bulk upload, solution providers, or API integration. The visible title is Product Listings.

The page does not say bulk upload is a spreadsheet, a CSV, or a workbook, and it does not say an edit of an existing listing uses a different file from a new listing.

How do you map a supplier file without inventing SHEIN columns?

Open the SHEIN Seller Hub account that will receive the listings. The US page’s Seller Hub card uses a link with accept-language=US.
If that account downloads a bulk file, keep it and record the category and the download date. If it does not, use the listing screen, a solution provider, or the API path the page names. Do not build a spreadsheet from the must-have list.
In Golanto, choose SHEIN. Record United States, the category, and the date on the file you actually downloaded.
Map your columns only onto headers in that file. The US page names the facts a listing needs. It does not name the headers those facts use.
Submit the listing in Seller Hub. Golanto does not log in or send the file.

These headings are a supplier sketch. The US page says a listing needs a product number, a title, a description, a brand, and a price, among other facts. It does not say those facts use these headings. Map them only onto the file Seller Hub downloaded for you. Up to 11 images, and one optional video, are listing facts on that page. They are not columns this example invents.

What this check cannot establish

Golanto does not log in to SHEIN Seller Hub, choose a category, or submit a listing. This page uses the US product-listing page at seller-us.shein.com, reviewed on 1 November 2026, including the copy that page renders for that URL. It does not name a file type, a file-size cap, column headers, or a separate edit file. The attribute examples on the page are fabric, fit type, length, and batteries included. Supply information is described as inventory quantity, weight, length, width, height, and similar facts. Do not treat this page as the instructions on another SHEIN country site. A file from a different SHEIN market is a different download.
