Fill a TikTok Shop bulk listing template

TikTok Shop bulk listing uses a spreadsheet for one leaf category. The US seller guide reviewed here says that from June 2025 the download contains only the final category you chose. Another leaf category needs its own download.

What does the TikTok Shop template contain?

You download it on desktop from Seller Center, under Products, then bulk listing. Required cells are marked in the sheet. The US guide says not to add or delete rows or columns, and that each row is one SKU. A product outside that category does not belong in the same file.

Why a sheet from another country fails

Seller education differs by market. A UK article describes package weight in grams and price in pounds. Those units are not a reason to type the same numbers into a US sheet. Download the template from the Seller Center account that will receive the upload.

How do you map your catalog?

  1. Choose the leaf category in Seller Center and download that template. Note the category and the date in the filename.
  2. In Golanto, choose TikTok Shop and enter that category and date.
  3. Map your columns onto the template headers. Do not insert a supplier column into the sheet.
  4. Upload it in Seller Center. If the pre-check fails, download TikTok’s error file and fix those rows. Do not upload the products that already succeeded a second time.

Worked example

Map each SKU onto the variation columns in the workbook you downloaded. Do not merge the colours into one cell.

Common questions

Can one TikTok Shop template cover every category?

Not in the US guide reviewed here. Since June 2025 a downloaded template includes only the leaf category you selected. Download another template for a different category.

Can I add a column to the TikTok Shop spreadsheet?

No. The US guide says adding or deleting rows or columns causes the upload to fail.
