Fill a Tokopedia Indonesia bulk listing template
Indonesia’s integrated Seller Center builds the Tokopedia bulk-listing spreadsheet after you choose one category and one publish option: Tokopedia only, TikTok Shop only, or both. The essay says not to add or delete any rows or columns in that template.
Which spreadsheet adds Tokopedia products in bulk?
It is the template from Products, Manage Product, Bulk Action, Bulk Listing. Download it for the platform and the category you want. You can search the category by product keyword or choose it from Browse. The essay says you can select only one category for each template, and it recommends adding a product brand that is authorized before you download. The essay displays the date 08/27/2026. The same essay says single uploads and batch uploads can display up to 1,000 products online. That sentence is not a row limit printed on the spreadsheet.
Mandatory fields are highlighted in red boxes. The essay names these as mandatory: at product level, Product Name, Product Description, and Main Product Image; for shipping, Parcel Weight; at SKU level, Variation 1, Retail Price, Warehouse, and Quantity. It also says the Excel template has dropdown fields with validation, and it points to a fill-in table. That table was not available as text on review, so this page does not add columns from it. A separate note says cells that require exact content consistency are highlighted in red inside the template. Red on that essay is used for both marks. It is not a single legend.

The essay says Variation 1 is required for a product with more than one variation. Put each variant name on a new row. Its examples are White, Black, and Grey. Variation 2 is required only for two tiers, such as colours and sizes. By default, Variation 1 is treated as Colour and Variation 2 as Specification. Variation values for the same product have to differ. Each SKU is its own row: three colours are three SKUs, and three colours with two sizes are six SKUs. Except for variation name, variation image, retail price, quantity, and seller SKU, the other product information has to be exactly the same or the rows are not treated as variants of one product.
The batch tool needs the URL of each picture embedded in the product information. The essay says to upload the pictures in Product Media Centre and use the URL that Seller Center gives you. If products fail, choose Download precheck error reasons. The result document shows the failure reason in the last column. Adjust the template and upload it again. The essay says a duplicate template can be uploaded only once, and that Failed Entries contains only the products that failed. Products that succeeded do not need another upload. You can correct the Excel file or use the Seller Center online editor, which the essay limits to 5,000 SKUs.
How do you map a supplier file onto that spreadsheet?
- In the Indonesia integrated Seller Center, open Bulk Listing and download the template for one category and for Tokopedia only, TikTok Shop only, or both. Record that choice and the download date.
- In Golanto, choose Tokopedia. Record Indonesia, the category, the publish choice, and the date.
- Map your columns onto the headers in that download. Do not add or delete rows or columns. The essay’s mandatory names are the ones listed above. Leave every other header as downloaded.
- Put each SKU on its own row. Keep the shared product information identical across those rows, apart from variation name, variation image, retail price, quantity, and seller SKU. Use a Product Media Centre URL for the picture.
- Upload the spreadsheet. If a precheck fails, download the result document and read the last column. Upload the failed rows again. Leave the rows that already succeeded out of that file. Worked example
Two colours of one jar are two SKU rows

Sand and Ink would follow that shape: one SKU per row, with the product name, description, and main image kept the same. Map them onto the headers in the category file you downloaded. Do not insert this supplier header into the template.
What this check cannot establish
Golanto does not log in to Tokopedia, choose the category, or authorize a brand. This page uses the English essay at seller-id.tokopedia.com reviewed on 1 November 2026. The essay displays 08/27/2026. It is the Indonesia integrated Seller Center, where a download can target Tokopedia only, TikTok Shop only, or both. It is not the US TikTok Shop bulk-listing essay, and it does not say this spreadsheet is the file for every market. The essay’s invite-only examples are infant formula and a SIM card: Tokopedia can show them directly, and TikTok Shop needs authorization. Its restricted examples are breast pumps and baby bottles. It says a product restricted on TikTok Shop is also restricted on Tokopedia, that mandatory attributes are required to show it on both, and that a compliance document is optional. It does not list every restricted product. The single-product section says a secondhand item can be sold only on Tokopedia, package weight may be 1 to 100 kilograms, and images may be up to 9 files, 1:1, at least 600 by 600 pixels, and no larger than 10MB. A later FAQ recommends at least three images and resolution above 300 by 300 pixels. The bulk steps do not repeat those numbers. They name Parcel Weight and Main Product Image as mandatory. The FAQ says a product title needs at least 25 characters. Batch edit is a different set of templates. The essay says one of those downloads holds up to 5,000 products, and that selecting 50,000 products splits the download into 10 templates. It names sale information, basic information, shipping information, image links, product properties, and an All information template it calls a combination of the 4 templates. This page does not reproduce those edit templates.
